Our esteemed recruiting team continues to grow in experience and knowledge with the addition of our newest Senior Recruiter, Shari Laue. Shari, like most of our staff, comes from a diverse work background starting with her role as a travel agent with Uniglobe of Brookfield, WI, where she was accountable for everything from researching, quoting and booking leisure, group and corporate travel to providing service to walk-in and telephone customers and promoting sales within these accounts.

Her easily recognizable skills in perfectly organizing every aspect of travel and accommodations next led Shari to the position of Corporate Travel Agent for American Express of New Berlin, WI.  Here, she utilized her abilities at a higher level by organizing national VIP meetings, specifically acquiring hotel and meeting space, contracting airlines space and catering requirements in various locations and also negotiating contract rates with hotel, airline and car rental vendors. She also got her first taste for employment resources as she trained new employees on the computer system, as well as on policies, procedures and guidelines, and reporting requirements.

Upon completing many successful years with American Express, Shari moved on to become General Manager of Gold ‘N’ Tan & Travel where she incorporated travel agency services into two high profile tanning salons.  This innovative concept was successfully implemented and as a result was incorporated into two more locations where Shari again oversaw their execution. In addition, Shari began showing her natural talent in recruiting and staffing as she effectively managed four stores’ personnel administration, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and terminating employees.

After developing and mastering her recruiting skills at Gold ‘N’ Tan, Shari utilized these new talents to make a real impact as an Executive Recruiter for renowned staffing firm Ajion of Milwaukee. Shari began by prospecting local companies marketing Ajilon Office to start the office division in Ajilon’s Milwaukee location. From there she secured client meetings, built client relationships and attained job orders. Upon obtaining these job orders she then recruited, interviewed and marketed candidates for the various office permanent and direct hire positions. She also assisted candidates through the interview process with the client and acted as an expert advisor on interviewing and negotiating offers.

Shari now brings all these skills and more to the diverse background and vast capabilities of the thriving Recruiting Team at Elite Human Capital Group. Shari’s delightful motivation and incredible track record of success make her a tremendous new asset to the Elite family.
