Lauren Koehn - Human Resources Coordinator

Elite Human Capital is delighted to have Lauren as a part of our hard working team. When you call or visit our boutique-style firm, Lauren is the voice that greets you. Her professional and friendly demeanor is always a delight to clients, candidates and staff as well.

Prior to coming to Elite, Lauren established a true perspective of how a customer should be treated. Her past experiences as an inside sales rep for Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Co and as a customer service specialist at Strong Funds really enhanced those her rapport building skills.

Furthermore, her talents were highlighted even more so as a past office manager and field assistant in the insurance industry.  It was at Unum Provident Insurance Co. and State Farm Insurance where Lauren supported customers and office staff in a timely fashion, while always staying upbeat and efficient.

Rounding out Lauren’s list of accomplishments is her educational background. She attended UW Milwaukee as a Liberal Arts Major and Mount Mary College as a Business Major. She also earned a Wisconsin license in Accident & Health, Life, and Property Insurance while in the insurance industry.

We are pleased that Lauren now offers that professional and energetic attitude to the Elite staff. She is the type of person who gives her all in assisting others. You name the task and Lauren will offer to lend a helping hand in completing the project.
