With 16 years of outstanding experience as an accountant and controller in some of Milwaukee’s most distinguished organizations, Linda Sullivan was clearly the perfect choice to come in and take charge of Elite Human Capital Group’s rapidly growing accounting and financial operations.

Linda got her professional start early working as an accountant and administrative assistant for the charitable organization Literary Services of Wisconsin as she was also still a student at Marquette University. After graduation it was straight to the top, working as an Audit Senior for Ernst & Young of Milwaukee where she was given a wide range of duties including planning, organizing and executing audit engagements and recruiting and training their professional staff.

Linda's professional career continued as Controller for the international software company, Catalyst International Inc. of Milwaukee where she was responsible for managing all accounting operations, financial statement preperation, and SEC reporting for the then publicly held corporation.

After five years with Catalyst, Linda took on the role of Benefits Reporting Specialist with another well-known and revered Milwaukee firm, Johnson Controls. Linda undertook a vital role here, preparing and SEC filing financial statements for the company’s multi-billion dollar 401(K), pension, and health and welfare plans.

As a Senior Accountant at RedPrairie Corporation  of Waukesha, Linda added to her already impressive list of skills such as: preparing  monthly and annual financial statements and management reports for internal and external use, preparing and maintaining a database for sales tax returns in 42 states and coordinating reporting to foreign affiliates. 

Linda’s wide array of skills and experience are now being put to use at Elite Human Capital Group where she has single-handedly manages all of Elite’s finances as our expert Controller and fiscal authority.
