Sofia Olsen - Senior Recruitment Specialist

Our well-regarded recruiting team continues to grow in experience and knowledge with the addition of Senior Recruiter, Sofia Olsen. Sofia joins the Elite team with extensive knowledge and a get-up-and-go ambition.

Prior to joining the Elite team, Sofia gained her early experience in recruiting as a top performer in the world of temporary placement recruiting. Her ambition quickly drove her to successfully establishing a Permanent Division at Personnel World.  Only to be followed by another great accomplishment; developing a Direct Hire firm from the ground up at Pinnacle Direct Hire.

Sofia’s next ambition drove her to work as an Admissions Counselor for the University of Phoenix. Of course she continued her accomplishments by successfully increasing revenues for the University, which earned Sofia the ranking of #1 Admissions Counselor for Midwest region.

In 2004, Sofia’s passion remained in the direct hire recruiting world and that is where she returned.  She is well versed in recruiting for a variety of industries but her true fervor is in executive recruiting for the accounting and finance industries. It is without saying that her degree of expertise and vast market coverage is why Sofia is so effective with her clients as well as her candidate base.

Sofia is well connected and has been actively involved with many professional organizations such as MMAC (Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce), A.S.W.A. (Association of Woman Accountants), T.N.C. (The Networking Community), and P.E.N. (Plaza East Network). Elite is proud to have such an ethical, hard-working, go-getter added to our Direct Hire team.
