Sue Batzko - Senior Account Executive
Sue joins our Elite team with more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Her upbeat and energetic style brings a fresh dynamic to the New Business Development team. Although new to the recruiting industry, she has a large network of connections within Southeastern Wisconsin.
Most of her people skills were highlighted in her years of advertising sales. Sue was a proven performer at AT&T Yellow pages as an account executive and a graphic sales/designer with The Business Journal – Milwaukee. From the smaller local shops to the larger corporate accounts, Sue made sure all businesses were treated with the utmost respect and importance. Actually meeting with clients, learning about their business and helping their business grow was the “best part of the job”!
Prior to advertising sales, Sue’s creative qualities were tied in perfectly with her people-person attitude when she was at Lamplight Farms. As the Candle Product Manager, she was able to develop their candle product line from the ground up. Sue’s responsibilities were to conceptualize, design, source and sell their new decorative, highly fragranced candles. It was an extremely successful opportunity that provided endless rewards.
