Jennifer Flanagan brings the Elite team not only outstanding experience in management and direction but also the additional benefit of superior communication skills. Her degree in Communications from UW-Milwaukee and natural talent for it make her ideal for candidates to relate with and express themselves to.

Jennifer first channeled that communication ability to aid her in becoming the most efficient and effective Store Manager at renowned retailer Gap and then again with Bath and Body Works, of the famed Limited Brands Inc. In addition to managing multi-million dollar retail operations, Jennifer also got her first taste of recruiting, being responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring for all positions at the store level up to an including management.

Recruited away from retail, Jen branched out to make use of the advanced staffing skills she now possessed as Operations Manager at Today's Office Staffing . At Today's Jennifer's principle role was managing the recruitment, retention and placement of office and clerical candidates with some of Milwaukee 's finest businesses. It was also here that Jen became nationally certified as a Temporary Staffing Specialist and making her credentials even more admirable and coveted.

Studio 890 Salons next snatched Jen up as their Operations Manager where she directly supported the owners in numerous ways. Additionally, she continued her work with managing employees and staffing, handling conflict resolution and much more.

Jennifer now takes on the role of Senior Staffing Consultant with us at Elite. Never one to slow down, Jen's inability to settle for anything less than making the best of herself and her multiple talents makes it a wonder how she does it all and stay so poised and welcoming, but it is also what makes her the best person we can imagine for candidates to look up to while still being able to personally relate to.
