Passionate and dedicated to quality, Kristen has over a decade of recruiting and human resource experience in multiple industries, including healthcare, Information Technology and service utilties. She has thrived in high volume recruitment environments and successfully built effective recruiting processes and strategies, always focusing on best practice and process improvement.

Kristen is well versed in developing effective sourcing strategies, behavioral based interviewing practices and creative candidate marketing campaigns. She has developed and managed national college recruiting programs and served on the Employer Advisory Board for Marquette University’s Career Services Department. Kristen has also developed and facilitated corporate training initatives on topics like behavioral based interviewing and customer service.

An AIRS Certified Internet and Diversity Recruiter, Kristen is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with a degree in Communication. Kristen is well networked and has been actively involved with many professional organizations such as Human Resource Management Association, Wisconsin Professional Recruiter Resource, and the Employers Best Practice Network. Recruiting and Human Resources came naturally to her because of her friendly and engaging personality.
